PUSH Major Contract
Fermanagh Lakeland Tourism has announced the release of their 2012 Visitor Guide publication. The guide will spearhead a major campaign to attract some of the 1.7 million visitors to Northern Ireland to view Fermanagh as a world class tourism destination. The guide is designed and produced by Omagh Chamber member Push Advertising & Design. Des at Push Design commented, ‘This is a prestigious contract with a print-run of 50,000 books, and is one of our largest contracts of the year. It’s great to see our workmanship distributed to Europe and as far away as the USA. This is our third year producing this guide and working with Fermanagh Lakeland Tourism and it’s never a chore!’
The 2012 Visitor Guide also endorses the new ni2012 Our Time, Our Place campaign by NITB, which aims to put NI on the global tourism map for 2012.
A Fermanagh Lakeland Tourism spokesperson said, ‘We’re delighted with our new 2012 Visitor Guide. This publication is an extremely important part of our marketing collateral. The guide will be distributed throughout NI, ROI & UK and also overseas via our colleagues in Tourism Ireland at major tourism fairs in the Netherlands, Germany, France as well as Milwaukee in the USA.
Tourism spend is worth over £32 million to the Fermanagh economy and we are confident that our new visitor guide, along with our integrated marketing campaign will attract more visitors to the region. Having a concise and well designed guide is critical for keeping our customers up to date with new developments in the area. It is a key influencing tool to persuade visitors to choose Fermanagh as a destination within the island of Ireland. The guide really showcases the beauty of Co. Fermanagh, its attractions and satisfies our creative brief.’
