C.O.S.T.A. (Community's of South Tyrone Area) operates from President Grants Homestead, 45 Dergenagh Road, Dungannon which is staffed by a Network Development Officer and Network Administrative Officer. Through the provision of development, technical and support services, COSTA will enable member groups to empower themselves and create sustainability. Rurally based community and voluntary groups are welcome to drop-in and avail of our one-stop-shop services. COSTA has an open door policy and welcomes individual as well as group members.
